February 24, 2006 was the Grand Opening of the Poarch Creek Entertainment Center and Casino in Atmore, Alabama.  Customers were impressed with this large remodeled facility that provides gaming entertainment  24/7. The new facility's temperature control  is now maintained with the Teletrol DDC control system.

2005

SYLACAUGA HIGH SCHOOL - Goes eBuilding

Installation was complete in August of the Teletrol eBuilding control system for the Sylacauga High School.  With this addition the school system now has a cost effective web based energy management program that will not only provide occupants a monitored daily comfort level, but also provide maintenance and energy savings for the citizens of Sylacauga.

Alabama Department of Transportation - 6th Division

With the installation of the new Teletrol e-Building web based control system, the Alabama DOT 6th Division will have easy access to the HVAC systems throughout the complex.  This will allow easy monitoring and energy savings for the 6th Division while providing personnel the ability to recognize potential cooling and heating service needs.

Opelika Middle School

Installation of the Teletrol DDC Control System began on the first of three phases January 2005.  With the expected completion of August 2005,  the Opelika Middle School should enjoy it's energy saving and comfort system in time for the 2005 class start date..

 

Marengo County Courthouse

The Marengo County Courthouse will have the Teletrol DDC control system installed when construction begins in early 2005.  This facility will provide the residents of Marengo County a new and well designed courthouse that will be energy efficient and energy managed.

 

Teletrol eBuilding and Homeland Security :

The City of Montgomery is scheduled to begin construction of a new 911 Communications Center.  This center will be a central hub for all city divisions to help coordinate emergency assistance and homeland security.  Developed as an effort to avoid emergency assistance problems after the terrorist 9/11 attack, this center will provide a safe and secure center that will ensure continued operations in the event of a catastrophe.

 

2004

Macon County Health Clinic

The new Macon County Health Clinic will be providing health care services to the residents of Macon County in a new 12,000 square foot facility. Teletrol will be installed as the building DDC controls and will provide the dependable temperature control needed in the health care environment.  Scheduled to be completed in 2004 this clinic will provide medical care in a new modern facility where patient care will be convenient and accessible.

 

2003

Montgomery Stadium to have Teletrol DDC System:  AIS is set to install Teletrol controls for the new multi-purpose stadium that will be home to the Montgomery Biscuits AA major league team. Montgomery Civic Center converts to Teletrol eBuilding:  The current Teletrol DDC Control system is being upgraded to the new web-based e-Building system that will provide their personnel the ability to monitor and control temperature from any internet access.  The ease of transition to the new web-based system will limit any inconvenience to the facility's schedule. By providing greater flexibility for future expansion this upgrade will prove to be a beneficial and cost effective addition for the facility and the City of Montgomery.  Montgomery Civic Center

 

AIS installs first eBuilding Teletrol System in Alabama.   This web-based DDC control system is being installed at the Lee County Justice Center in Opelika, AL:  Installation was completed on the Teletrol eBuilding Control System in June 2003.  This system will provide the Lee County Justice Center with a fully web-based automation system. The complex is now linked using the new envoy software making the facility HVAC management fully accessible from any internet connection.   Lee County Justice Center

 

Installation of Teletrol Controls at South University Completed:  AIS completed the installation of the Teletrol DDC Control System at South University's new campus in Montgomery, AL.  Classes at South University are offered during the day and the evening.  The Teletrol DDC system offers the university flexibility of schedule and managed control of comfort temperature required in this multi-function educational building. 

 

2002

AIS completes Teletrol project at the Alabama's Governor's Mansion: Installation of the Teletrol DDC Control System in the Governor's Mansion provided challenges that are unique to a building of historic value.  The mansion was built in 1907 and installation required adapting the new system with the existing historic features of the mansion.  The Teletrol system provided the professional image required as visitors from all over the world visit the mansion annually.  AIS and Teletrol will be providing dependable temperature control for Alabama's first families for many years to come.              Alabama Governors Mansion

 

Teletrol DDC control project for the Montgomery Civic Center completed within a very limited time schedule:   The demanding schedule for the Montgomery Civic Center posed additional installation problems for project manager Steve Adams.  The civic center is operational 360 days per year.   Planning the installation around their schedule with limited down time was achieved with advanced planning and coordination of component installation.                      Montgomery Civic Center
